Terminal Trainer

Job Description:

1. Improve the company's training system and develop short, medium and long-term training strategic planning;

2. Responsible for collecting training information and materials of the ceramic industry, analyzing and summarizing the effect of existing training policies, and improving the training system;

3. Organize and develop training courses and write training materials;

4. Formulated the purchasing guide star rating plan, and was responsible for tracking and implementing it;

 

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years working experience in terminal training of well-known brand building materials industry;

2. Be able to write related training lesson plans independently, and organize and arrange training;

3. Good at training in specialty stores, ceramic product knowledge and terminal management;

4. Dedicated to work, can accept long-term business trip.

Job Description:

1. Be familiar with the specifications and models of the materials in charge, and control the requirements and delivery time of the purchase order.

2. Timely update the List of Qualified Suppliers and related materials.

3. Cooperate with PMC Department to purchase raw materials to ensure smooth production. Make daily report of abnormal information feedback of material delivery.

4. Follow up the implementation of MRB meeting resolutions, actively follow up the supplier quality improvement, and timely feed back the supplier reply results to the quality control department.

5. Tracked back all the processed products and followed up the inventory of surplus materials

6. Follow up with relevant departments to confirm the results of samples and return them to suppliers within the same day.

7. Obey the daily work arrangement of purchasers, and do daily cleaning work well.

8. Assisted the buyer in reconciling accounts.

9. Obey other temporary work assigned by superior.
